Stock Market
The Stock Market was a place where there was trading of stocks. Stocks are some ownership of companies. In the 1920's the Stock Market collapsed. Stocks started to increase by allot and people thought it was too risky to invest. Because more loads of companies became involved in the stock market more people did too and the prices of stocks went up. This caused a lot of people to rely on buying on margin, this was very risky and depended greatly on the stock prices.
Then people thought that stock would be taken out sooner than much later. So people started buying stock and selling it. The Stock market was becoming very wild and everyone nationwide knew and was talking the Stock Market.
In 1929 people were desperate to get into the Stock Market. Then the they tried to boom the prices once again! Companies were putting allot of money into the Stock Market. The Stocks price then hit the highest amount at which it could be sold at and with still more buyers to come. So then the Stock Market began to fall and at first slowly but then it was falling hard, every one tried to sell their stock after they saw it going down on value and on Black Tuesday October 29, 1929 the Stock Market collapsed.
